Before beginning work of any kind, a signed letter of agreement is required in order to establish the kind of partnership needed, the scope of the services, and the type of billing involved. Very painless and very important. (If any part of the agreement changes, an addendum to the original letter will be submitted for approval.)
Does Skyline Virtual Services operate on Holidays or Weekends?
The official answer is, not usually. If something comes up that requires completion of a task on a holiday or weekend, then an "After Hours/Rush Fee" of 15% may apply and will be discussed prior to performing work. (Similarly, any task that requires priority service in general, will incur said After Hours/Rush Fee of 15%, again with prior approval.)
